We rented both top and bottom- Very close to everything 2 min. walk to the stores and shops. 4 min. walk from the Express drop-off. Bathrooms have all been newly renovated, top and bottom were both well maintained and very clean. Everything we needed was there. Ms.Piper was great to work with,I would recommend this to anyone. I was concerned by the photo's as they made all the rooms look small, there "not" they are all very spacious. Alot of thought went into the rentals that made it convenient for the renters, they even left the VON'S card good idea! We will be back Ms. Piper and will difinately pass on the good word. Hope everyone who rents this location takes care of it like there own. Thank you once again, We had a GREAT time. One of our best family vacations. The accomodations, the location and the weather could not have been better. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and provided lots of info about the island. The location was especially nice because we had two young children with us. Easy walk to town, the beach, the park, etc.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented both upstairs and downstairs units. We all went upstairs to bbq on patio and there was plenty of room. We had dinner and breakfast downstairs and again, plenty of room. This house is clean and comfortable. The owner said it was a 7 min walk from the boat dock.... more like 4 or 5!! And flat, you don't have to walk up a hill to get there, which was our worry since my aunt just had knee surgery! The grocery store is right around the corner. We had an AMAZING time and will definatly be renting again. Thank you for making the weekend a memorable one.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented the upstairs unit with the deck and 6 of us slept comfortably. The unit was located within walking distance to everything, including the fairy. We just rolled our luggage to the home. The place was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom had just been remodeled. We barbecued on the spacious deck and no matter how the weather changed on the island during our stay, the deck was always warm and welcoming. We will definitely be returning.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
