This unique condominium, unit I-104, was the private home of the owner and offers many features and amenities that most rentals do not include.
The privacy and serenity are unparalleled. There is rare foot traffic or outdoor noise. Off the living room is a large, private slate lanai that’s is perfect for outdoor dining with an ocean view and surrounded by Hawaiian foliage. The slate lanai off the master bedroom is completely private with an outdoor shower for your convenience in removing sand when returning from the beach. It also has a small dining table and chairs for those early morning quiet meditations, reading your favorite novel, or catching up on the latest Maui newspaper.
The Master bedroom and Master bath are romantically designed for your private interludes. Enjoy the custom, over-sized, two-person corner Jacuzzi with a flute of champagne while viewing the outdoor garden. This unique design is a one of a kind at Maui Kamaole. You can soak away your hiking, paddling, surfing aches and pains or relax your travel weary body. It’s a perfect way to enjoy a romantic escape. Ask about our honeymoon special package.
The unit offers exceptional artwork such as Tabora paintings in Koa wood frames and an Erte original. The hand made, stained glass art piece in the living room is back lit and is controlled by a dimmer switch for your personal adjustment. The ceiling fans also have top and bottom lighting with dimmer controls and several speeds for air flow. The condo is located in an area that has excellent trade winds so you rarely need to turn on the air conditioners.
The kitchen is over and beyond in extras. If you enjoy cooking, this kitchen is well stocked and will suit all your needs. If you are in need of an item that is not stocked, please inquire and we will do our best to locate items for your specific needs. A reverse osmosis water system is available for your drinking water thus eliminating your bottled water usage.
The living room sofa sleeper is a queen sized, extra thick mattress and is located in an alcove area that is adjacent to the lush greenery and ocean view of the living room lanai. In the living room there is an over-sized leather sofa and love seat, both with ottomans. You can curl up to your novel, enjoy some snuggle time or watch your favorites on the Sony Trinitron television.
There is a surplus of storage and extras include beach chairs, beach mats, a cooler with ice packs, and umbrella, and large beach towels.

I looked at properties to live in for years before I moved to Maui. From the very first time I ever drove up the beautiful winding drive to Maui Kamaole, I knew that this was a place I wanted to call Home! The 25 acres of tropical, lush landscaping provided the vision that I had on where I wanted to live. There was no doubt that I would call Maui Kamaole home.
As I have such a love for the beach and Keawakapua is my favorite beach, living across the road from it was exactly what I wanted. I had a vision when I saw the condo for sale, and today you can experience it yourself!

The two-person jacuzzi in the Master Bath is the perfect setting for Honeymooners and for anyone wanting to relax after a full day of activities on Maui. The privacy of the unit is remarkable. It's secluded, serene and in the perfect location in the complex to get the fabulous trade winds.
The art work on the walls is from my private collection and the furnishings are the most comfortable available.
In April 2009 I put in a Heavenly bed, bought all new top-quality linens and all new lawn furniture for the lanais. The unit is impeccably maintained. My signature Welcome Package includes a bouquet of Fresh Hawaiian Proteas, a bottle of chilled Champagne and a bag of Hawaiian coffee.
I offer a Shopping Service for a minimal charge to have all your groceries in the condo for your arrival.

My name is Gina and I love life on Maui. Living here in paradise is my dream manifest. My passion is the ocean and all activities that allow me to be outdoors.... Paddling with Maui Canoe Club is an honor, hiking the Haleakala Crater, walking on my beaches and swimming in the Pacific Ocean; I love it all!
I have three sons. Rick lives in Colorado, Van on Oahu and Jon in Indiana.
For the last 23 years, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Myo-Neuro Therapy. I have a full-time practice on Maui, teach, and write for the Maui Vision Magazine
