This Glacier Ridge home is just off State Highway 9 between Breckenridge & Fairplay, one mile from Alma. Access couldn't be easier, there is only a few hundred yards of flat gravel road to reach Highway 9.
This home resides at the base a small ridge with aspen trees to the east, and a quartet of 14,000 foot mountain peaks as a backdrop. It is nicely furnished throughout in mountain and wildlife themes. There is a master suite and bath on the top floor with a king bed, with a set of bunk beds outside the door in the loft. The loft has a balcony with fabulous views to the north.
The main floor has the kitchen, living room, a full bath and a king size bedroom. The living room is furnished with leather furniture and a wall mount flatscreen HDTV. There is a gas fireplace built into a stone wall, next to large windows with mountain views to the west. Outside this area is a wraparound deck with log furniture, which is covered on the south side.
The downstairs has family room with a set of bunk beds and another large flatscreen HDTV. There is a king bedroom and queen bedroom, as well as a laundry room and a full bath.
The home was built in 2006 and is well constructed and finely detailed. All furnishings and appliances are top notch, and the TVs have HD digital satellite with movie channels and DVD players.
From Denver, avoid the I70 congestion by driving up 285 to reach the home. Then to ski, drive 20-25 minutes over Hoosier pass to reach Breckenridge.
