I pride myself in a clean villa. If you are looking for very clean accommodations, then you have just found the PERFECT villa for your vacation! I will help you plan a wonderful and relaxing vacation ....starting with your first question...."where should I stay??"

Our villa is located on a quiet cul de sac within the Shipyard Plantation. It is close to all the activities, yet far away from the crowds! It's peaceful setting makes you feel like you've really gotten away from the hectic everyday world. Come and relax on our screened in porch and watch the golfers go by!!! There is a swimming pool and hot tub located in Windward Village for your enjoyment.

Windward Village is conveniently located in Shipyard Plantation on beautiful Hilton Head Island! The villa sits on Shipyard Golf Course and the Van der Meer Tennis Resort is a short walk away. With it's mid-island location, the villa is near all of the amenities the island has to offer. Shipyard Beach, a private beach for Shipyard guests only, is 10 minutes away by bike where you can enjoy the white, sandy beaches Hilton Head is famous for! Next to the Shipyard Beach Club is the Crowne Plaza hotel offering a restaurant/bar and is open to the public. Coligny Plaza, home to numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment, is right down the street and should not be missed during your stay.

If you are seeking an active vacation, you have certainly picked the right spot! Hilton Head Island is a paradise for outdoor activities! Golf, tennis, biking, swimming, fishing, sailing, boating, and kayaking are just the beginning of a long list of activities available for you to enjoy. For those wanting to simply relax, the swimming pool is a minute walk from the villa.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea on the screened in porch over looking the golf course. The villa offers all the amenities that you would find at home. A master bedroom with a queen sized bed and TV, and a guest room with two twin beds. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and cooking supplies. Please, make yourself at home!

    Tracy: Got home from Hilton Head late Saturday and spent most of yesterday unpacking. Wanted to thank you for the use of your condo. It was a very enjoyable stay for the entire family. We even got to know the one neighbor, Chuck, and he was very nice and helpful during our stay. Your condo is everything you claim it to be, even my wife was impressed on how clean everything was.   • My husband and I spent March in this lovely condo. The location is beautiful, private and quiet, but close to everything. The ocean is an easy bike ride away, several good restaurants are within walking distance, and the views include marvelous wildlife and golf greens. The condo is simply and well decorated, and you will find everything you need. The owner is wonderfully helpful and generous. We'll happily return for many additional visits!

  • My husband and I were looking for a private retreat near the ocean and this rental was perfect. As a runner, I appreciated the freedom to roam and explore in a safe and secure setting. Tropical and peaceful--yet close to beach, shopping, etc. We can't wait to return!!!
