There are 50 shops and 4 excellent seafood restaurants within walking distance. Golf, fishing and tennis are nearby. Bike rentals are available with bike and hiking paths galore. Park your car for the week as it is not needed.
324 Breakers was completely updated in February 2007 with all new furnishings, carpet and color. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The leather sectional in the living room has a queen-size pull-out bed. One side is a chaise perfect for beach gazing. There is one bunk bed in the hallway with additional overhead storage. The large LCD TV with cable in the living room has a built in DVD. There is a smaller LCD TV with cable in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with icemaker refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils. This condo also has a full size washer and dryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning/heating.
Family vacationers preferred. Maximum three adults. Pets are NOT allowed per Association Rules. No smoking.
