Magnificent Ocean views and excellent beach location on west end of beach, approximately 100 feet from the ocean. Lovely cedar interior home offering leisure living H plan design house that is all on one level with it's own private walk way that ends right on the beach! Living room has cathedral ceiling with skylight & ceiling fans. Open floor plan that combines living room and a very well equipped kitchen and wet bar. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and each bedroom has it's own bath. Two Ocean front master bedrooms. Ocean front full length deck with rockers, sundeck, foot shower on deck, charcoal grill, internet connection, enclosed outside shower, pack and play and high chair provided. Pet allowed with pet deposit.

Year Purchased: 2004
The first time that my husband and I stayed at Holden Beach, we fell in love. This is the perfect place for a family vacation and to create wonderful memories. We chose our home over many others to purchase mainly because of the beach location. Because there is only ocean front and 2nd row homes on this end of Holden beach you feel like you have your own private beach location. We love Holden Beach and we love to spend time there with our family. My son loves the ocean and we can't keep him out of the water whenever we are there. One of his favorite things to do on the island is the waterslide. We all enjoy viewing the ocean from the inside the home and from the porch/balcony.
