There are three bathrooms. One downstairs with a shower, one upstairs with a shower, and the master bath has a jacuzzi tub (no shower). All four bedrooms are upstairs.
Great downtown location in a residential neighborhood just a few blocks from Vinoy Park Hotel, St. Pete Pier, St. Pete Marina, Bayfront Center, and Tropicana Field.
Completely remodeled in 2008. Hardwood floors, air conditioning, new kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, three bathrooms (two showers).

A charming old home, with new interior - and plenty of room to move. Close to downtown St. Petersburg, and there's always something to do. Walking distance to local stores, restaurants. Lots of places to bike. The house is very comfortable, modern kitchen and you'll love relaxing out on the 2nd floor covered deck/patio.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We arrived in St. Petersburg on April 8. The weather was awesome! The house was perfect - a historic plantation house that has been completely modernized inside. The bedrooms are well furnished with the most comfortable mattresses. We slept like babies. The rest of the house is just as wonderful with a very modern kitchen, lovely dining room, and sink-into leather furniture in the living room. We enjoyed spending time on the upstairs front and back porches. The location is within walking distance of several Mexican and seafood restaurants, as well as Starbucks and drug stores. We also walked back from the Sunken Gardens and from the bay. We enjoyed the Saturday morning market with it's food booths and music. We would highly recommend this property to any group or family wanting to have a "home away from home" in St. Petersburg, FL.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is our third stay here. The location puts us close to restaurants, shopping and weekly activities on the Tampa Bay. Just a 20 minute drive and we at many beautiful beaches. A few blocks away is Crescent Lake for hiking, biking and bird watching. We especially enjoyed the old world charm of the porches and the updated kitchen and bedrooms.

We stayed here for 8 nights. The property has been renovated very nicely and was immaculate. The kitchen is fantastic and extremely well equipped. Everything worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. It is an easy stroll from here to Vinoy Park and all the restaurants. We were very pleased that the accommodation met all expectations.
