50% deposit to reserve with balance due 30 days before booking.
Cancellation: 30 days notice, 10% cancellation fee.
Cleaning/security deposit: $150 for weekly rentals; refundable if you clean.
Dog fee: $125 per week.
Utility surcharge for whirlpool use (optional amenity)on all weekly rentals.
RI sales and room tax added to base fee (13%).
Nightly rentals may require minimum stay but include breakfast and whirlpool use.
