Please check back. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house located 5 minutes from Evergreen Lake & downtown Evergreen, and less than an hour from many major ski resorts including Keystone, Vail, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge. Beautiful, recently remodeled two story home with a large outdoor back yard nestled in the mountains. The house is 3400 sq. feet and is located on an acre+ lot. The back yard is fenced and perfect for your furry friends. There are big windows upstairs to let in lots of sun. Three bedrooms (master and two chldren's rooms) are located upstairs and one bedroom is located downstairs. The upstairs has a spacious living room with a piano. The downstairs has a large den with flat-screen TV and pool table. The kitchen and dining room have granite tables and countertops, with cherry wood and slate floors. The dining room table made out of granite seats eight. Beautiful, warm tuscon colors fill the the living room and kitchen, and the bedrooms and office are painted in rich colors including deep blue and aqua. The children's rooms are a rich rose and bright red. There are two large decks out back - one on each level. They overlook a beautiful mountain and valley view. The top deck has a table with six chairs and a small charcoal BBQ. (Borrow chairs from inside and you can squeeze in 8!) For extra fun, there is a trampoline and zip line for the kids! (Adult supervision required please.) There is also a pool table and a combination game/craft room downstairs. You will be minutes from trails, creeks, beautiful outdoor parks and the lake. The famous "Little Bear" saloon is right downtown if you want to listen to live music. The Morrison Red Rocks areas is close by if you want to see live concerts in an outdoor amphitheater. There are four grocery stores (including a gourmet one) located within a 10 minute drive, along with a Blockbuster and numerous restaurants. Downtown Evergreen has a rustic feel and you can walk the main street to buy antiques, jewelry, clothes, and gifts as well as have a meal at one of the many eateries. You can visit the local winery and enjoy ice cream overlooking the creek. Or visit the luxury day spa which is minutes from home. Summer activities nearby include hiking, biking, rafting, and renting a boat on the lake. There are two rec centers (with pools) in the vicinity and a golf course nearby. Winter activities include snow-shoeing, skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Or just relax inside with a good book by the fire.
