  This was our first time using someone's personal vacation property and we couldn't be happier. We loved our stay at your condo! It had ALL the comforts of home and we were very comfortable and satisfied. The pictures of the condo are great, but they don't do the decor and attention to detail justice. I loved the whole Nautical feel of the place. I appreciated the labeling & instructions of switches / cupboards / washer & dryer / etc.... so important and helpful. I was thrilled that I didn't waste one minute on turning on / off switches I didn't need. I loved the little "Welcome" message on the chalkboard when we arrived and all the helpful information (things to do, restaurants, etc.) you had on the counter. It was all very organized and easy to look through. I wanted everyone to come and see the place we stayed and I'm still talking about it to people here at home (Arizona). We would definitely stay there again on our next visit. Sharon was so helpful and it was a pleasure to meet you. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. It was such a pleasant experience.

  My wife and I enjoyed the entire week at this beautiful townhome, located on the lake Pepin. Close to downtown and few nice restaurants and cafes, this place offers opportunity to relax and explore wonderful surroundings. Super clean and very comfortable. Sharon (host) was very welcoming and it was our pleasure to meet her. I would definitely recommend this place to any Lake City traveler.

  We traveled to Lake City for a getaway with our young children and my parents. The owners were excellent about giving us information about the town of Lake City and our points of interest. The townhome was in excellent condition and very clean. It was everything we were hoping for.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property in Lake Pepin. We rented the upstairs for five days. Everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Our one-year-old daughter loved the decor (ships and birds and lighthouses). We moved just a few items during our stay to make this a safe, baby-proofed space for her. Overall, it was extremely kid-friendly in its layout. Our only concern was that you could hear traffic noise from the highway just outside of the home both during the day and at night. It was an adjustment for us in terms of sleeping-- we had to get used to it in order to "tune it out." You can see the Mississippi River from the home (gorgeous!). The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property.

  Not only was this lovely townhouse clean, comfortable, and charmingly decorated, it was so well stocked. My grown children had mentioned bean bag toss - they had it. We thought it would be nice to have a fire pit - they had it, complete with roasting sticks and fire wood. We wanted to grill - not a problem with the grill and charcoal very handy. We enjoyed having a garage for our bicycles too. We would definitly consider another great weekend here. Thanks!

  The Townhouse is lovely. Beautifully furnished and appointed. Excellent kitchen with everything one might need for preparing a great meal and refreshments. Highly recommended. Great location, beautiful view of Lake Pepin across the street. Nice balcony deck with the splendid view.

  This condo is a great place to stay. It's comfortable, clean and very nicely decorated. It's a great value with everything you will need for a short or extended stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large with plenty of places to stash clothes and other necessities. The kitchen has everything needed plus more. The owners are very responsive with any problems that may come up. Their properties can be rented depending on how many people will be staying so you can choose the amount of space you require. It's a great policy when there are only two people. I would definitely rent this condo again.

  We had a great time. Sharon and John were great. The house was exactly as described and wonderful. We felt welcomed and Sharon had maps of the neighboring towns and local businesses information in Lake City, such as places to eat, things to do. We saw eagles right out our living room window fishing in Lake Pepin and landing in the tree across the street to eat their fish. I would highly recommend Coastal Charm. Thanks Sharon and John.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lake City. We were there for a girls get-away weekend. The owners of this property have thought of every detail, including providing information about the surrounding area. The property was very clean, very nicely decorated, and provided ample space for us to watch movies, cook, and just hang out. Sharon greeted us when we arrived and walked us through the property. It's a great location to explore the surrounding areas. It also provides a great view of the lake located across the street. The only downside is that it is located on a busy road, so you do get some road noise in the house.
