Great place and the location was incredible. The property was as described with everything in excellent condition and waking up looking at the ocean every morning was perfect. It was the biggest and most comfortable lenai (deck) of any place we've ever stayed and we spent a lot of time there. Very, very comfortable and relaxing. Only a few suggestions for the owners: provide a couple of nice beach towels, provide or encourage your renters to bring binoculars to look at the whales in the winter and provide or suggest that your renters bring CDs to play for music. We would definitely stay there again.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

Tim, Matt, Carrie, Georgene Aloha!! Just wanted to check in and let you know that we are thoroughly immersed in rest and relaxation at your lovely condo!!! I may have mentioned before that we've stayed in several privately owned condo's over the years visiting Maui and this is, by far, our best experience. You have done an amazing job here with renovations and it was quite the real estate selection! What is really understated on your website is the size of this amazing lanai, it really does create another living area and add to the "island experience"....fantastic!! I hope that all of your clients have the thoughtfulness to take the same care of it during their stay is we intend to! On another note, a very sweet lady from your cleaning service arrived just after we checked in at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday to clean (we sent her away), she mentioned that she comes on Sundays. Do you know if she will be coming this Sunday? if so, I'll make sure we're prepared (my husband Pete always chuckles at home as I clean in advance for our cleaning lady..I figure we get the most thorough clean if the surface stuff is done!!!!!). I do also want to thank you again for your flexibility in allowing us to move our stay from last September. As you know, my 88 year old Mum had a horrific fall and there was no way we were getting away at that time (I am happy to report that she has recovered miraculously and is currently visiting our family in the UK; she lives with us so this was a well earned break). You'd mentioned that you launch your boat from Rocky Point for your summer cruise. We would like to extend an invitation to stay with us in our four bedroom home, overlooking the inlet, at any time if you need a place overnight. We really do appreciate all you did to make this trip finally happen! Mahalo and congratulations on your lovely home. We are spending some time shopping for a place ourselves and this really does help to clarify what is going to be important to us. It's 4:00...time for a cocktail!!! Angie & Peter

We had such a wonderful time in Maui and absolutely loved your condo. It was exactly what the pictures showed and we were so impressed with the location, cleanliness and decorating of the condo. You guys truly did an excellent job with the remodel. There was nothing better than sitting on the deck when the sun was setting, it was a beautiful sight and the fact that we were just feet from the water was a bonus. Hi Tim, I just wanted to thank you for the use of your gorgeous condo. The condo was even more gorgeous in person, than in the pictures online. We had a phenomenal time. But, i have to say, going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and the breathtaking views we had there, were by far the highlight of our trip!! We fell in love with Maui and hope to return soon. Hopefully, your condo would be available, b/c that experience and the great deal you gave us, will be hard to beat!!!! Hello Georgene, Karen and I were very impressed with our stay at your condo in Maui. We were especially pleased with the location, i.e. right on the beach! In addition we found the condo to have the utmost comfort with respect to both the bed and the pull out. We noticed the attention to detail with regard to the renovations in that it was so very well equipped and fashionably furnished. Numerous hours were spent outside on the large balcony watching the whales and the surfers. The location was quite supurb, close to Kanapaali and Laheina and we enjoyed to local beach swimming every day. One small problem, we were unable to locate a key to the tennis court and had to rely on the benevalence of the staff to unlock the gate when they were available. Thanks again, we may call you sometime in the future for a later booking. At present we are enjoying our stay at Kelaini 1 in Kauai. Sincerely, Brian and Karen-----

Hi Georgene!!! Oh My God!!!!!! We just loved your condo!!!! We fell in love with everything over there!! Your condo is the best!!! We feel sooo lucky to have found out about that. We had a wonderful time in Maui. The weather was perfect, sunny and hot everyday. We sure could have stayed there for at least another month!!!! There is still so much that we wanted to see, but as you know, the time fly's!!! Thanks again to both you and Matt. We'll keep in touch!! Patti
