Our very clean, well appointed, relaxing condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa with a brand new comfy queen mattress in the living room. With a stunning gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, this condo includes everything you need for the perfect Winter or Summer vacation. The unit enjoys significant amounts of sunlight throughout the day and there is free Wi-Fi in the unit! You will love sitting on the private deck and taking in views of the Continental Divide and Porcupine Peak during the 300 days of sunshine Keystone benefits from each year.
Upon your arrival, parking is immediately available in the heated, underground parking garage directly beneath the building. Luggage carts are waiting to help you unload your car and settle in your unit in one trip. After a long day of skiing or other outdoor activities, a private locker on the ground level is reserved for your use to alleviate the need of carrying your equipment up to the unit. Relax in the sauna and outdoor hot tubs, or take a short stroll across the courtyard to the outdoor heated pool. A game room with a fireplace, refrigerator, card tables, TV and a pool table is located on the first floor of Silver Mill. Additional amenities include 2 laundry rooms in the building, and a brand new state-of-the-art fitness center!
Silver Mill is the premiere destination in River Run Village, featuring the popular plaza campfire pit immediately outside your door. The building also features a Starbucks and the famous “Parrot Eyes” Margarita and Burrito Bar. There is NO smoking and NO pets allowed in the unit, however, children will have a fabulous time in this family-friendly condo.
River Run Village is in the center of the action: Close to outlet shopping (Coach, Gap, J. Crew, Nike Banana Republic) and a movie theatre! What a wonderful start to the ski/snowboard season for us Arizona gals! Short lift lines and uncrowded trails at A-Basin, plus early season rates. We only wish we could have spent even more time here exploring Keystone and the village. Had an awesome dinner at Wolf Rock and did some shopping in Breckenridge and Silverthorne. Colorado is so beautiful!

This is our second visit here in this cozy comfortable condo. We appreciate our being able to stay here again. It is fun to go from this comfortable condo to the fun River Run activities, then back to our sanctuary here. Bike trails were wonderful. You have a real special spot here in these beautiful mountains.

With the new Keystone gondola, your condo was in the middle of it all! The restaurants, lift and all the action was right outside our door. Your views are some of the best we've seen in Keystone!

My family enjoyed a great ski vacation in your condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved that they only had to walk a short distance to the lift. It was nice not having to get in our car until the last day.
