We are a completely updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 additional bunks for the children. This condo features new tile, carpet, paint, furnishings, linens, and bedding. The master bedroom at Beach ‘Brella features a king bed with a cozy and romantic red palm tree theme and offers a full gulf view complete with a balcony entry for your convenience. The master has a tub and shower combo with an additional shower. This way, both of you can get ready for dinner at the same time... allowing more fun and sun time in the afternoon.
The guest bedroom is reminiscent of a trip to an upscale spa. This room features a soft relaxing color palate of ecru and white. We have spiced it up a little with palm green accents and local art and shell décor. This room has a queen size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo and follows the spa theme.
The kids will absolutely love the bunk area. Complete with two twin size bunks, we have focused on the younger generation with a bright and whimsical fun décor of turquoise and lime polka dots.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and we have added all the everyday conveniences to make your stay comfortable like home…only with a gulf view! Beach ‘Brella has seating for eight and allows for breakfast either inside in the dining area or outside on the balcony overlooking the pools and Gulf of Mexico.
The family room is spacious and makes relaxing a breeze. We offer a large sofa and love seat so watching TV or a DVD is great. If music is your preference, Beach ‘Brella has a CD/Stereo system for your enjoyment. A large coffee table is great for family game night. We even provide the games!
Beach ‘Brella is located in the highly sought after Amalfi Coast Resort Community. The resort encompasses over 8.6 tropically landscaped acres with only 109 beautiful condo homes. Amalfi Coast has over 362 feet of private deeded beach front on the Gulf of Mexico. Amalfi has 2 swimming pools and one is even heated. The pool area is surrounded by lavish landscaping and the footbridge to the beach is breathtakingly beautiful lined in mature palm trees. Get your exercise on the 2 lighted tennis courts or enjoy the bike path that stretches the distance of Scenic Highway 98. If relaxing is more your style, there are BBQ areas around the resort complete with tables and umbrellas or just grab a lounge chair at the pool and read a good book. The community provides a large amount of green space so Frisbee or football is always an option.
Beach ‘Brella has one assigned parking space in an underground parking area. This prevents you from searching for that open spot and allows you to park quickly with easy access to the elevator and luggage carts.
Not only do you get direct gulf views from Beach ‘Brella, you get a private entrance complete with a large gazebo that overlooks the lovely gulf. This is a great place when you have had just a bit too much sun but, still want to enjoy the ocean view and breeze. This stretch of the Emerald Coast is known for our incredibly pure white sand beaches that many mistake for sugar! Sunset over the blue-green crystal ocean water is one of the loveliest sights you will ever experience.
Beach ‘Brella is just a short stroll to popular restaurants such as Pompano Joe’s, Captain Dave’s, Sunset Charlie’s, and the Whale’s Tail. Minutes to shopping at the famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall, local beach stores, and only 5 miles to upscale shopping of Destin Commons and the Shops of San Destin and Grand Blvd. You will be just a short drive from Baytown Wharf which hosts shopping, dining, outdoor movies, concerts, and special events. Mini golf, go carts, amusement park, and a water park are just a short drive for the kids and kids at heart.
For the golfer, this is your vacation destination. Seascape Resort is just 1/4 mile from Beach 'Brella and has 13 water hazards that pose a challenge for any golfer. Regatta Bay is an 18 hole course and is know for its meticulously maintained grounds and prestine lakes and views. Windswept Dunes, voted one of the Top Ten Best New Public Courses in the US by Golf Magazine, is the longest course in Florida at 7,608 yards and features six sets of tees, wide fairways and huge greens. This is only a few of the 25+ courses in this area.
If fishing is your game, you are about to visit "the world's luckest fishing village". Wheather you select a private charter or group fising boat, you will come home happy. Many of the boats have mates aboard that will help you with your fishing and clean the catch at the end of the trip. The area is know for blue marlin, cobia, and red snapper. Speckled trout and flounder are caught on the bayside. King mackerel, redfish, and spanish mackerel are always in the area. If the boat is not your preference, just grab your spinning real and fish off the beach. Pompano is caught along the shoreline in Destin. For the deep sea fisherman looking for a trophy fish, go out about 60 miles and marlin both blue and white, are waiting to go home with you.
