Suitability	No Pets Allowed Kid Friendly: Fully fenced in pool, huge covered deck for playing on rainy or hot days, 3 living areas for getaway for kids, easy beach access Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Groups of young adults (under 25 yrs of age) must be accompanied by at least one parent per (3) three. The parents MUST reside on premises of rental property. No property will be turned over for rental to anyone under 25 years of age. Parents must check in young adults/youth groups and CANNOT abandon the premises. (1) One parent must be in attendance at the property at ALL times. Carter Beach Properties, Inc. will be forced to evict the group if these rules are not followed. No refund of security deposit or rent will be made under the circumstances of eviction. A Security Deposit of 25% of the rental rate will be accessed to hold the reservation. An additional 25% will be accessed for a total of 50% for parents chaperoning youth groups/young adults. If it is determined that your group is a chaperoned youth/young adult group the credit card on file will be charged the additional 25% security deposit. Smoking Not Allowed
