Loved our stay here!! Would come back and stay again! Quaint spanish styling, minutes from beach and heart of San Clemente shopping and downtown area, nice quiet sitting area in back. Overall a memorable vacation experience! Great value and management very thorough and attentive!!

No bad days at the beach!!

My wife and I have come back to this casita for the last several years. We enjoy it's quiet location, convenience to the beach, and it's affordability. Open the windows during breakfast or dinner and the sea breeze is wonderful. We've even come when it's rained in October and had a good time. It's a great getaway for us. No bad days at the beach!

Perfect Location and Vacation Home

First of all.. Thank you Chris for letting us stay in your beautiful unit...I must say, I have stayed in several vacation homes/units in San Clemente several times a year since the 1980's and my family loves this charming, historic town..However, it has taken us until this past April to discover these charming, historic studio units, which are comfortable, in a great location and are the best value in San Clemente. I would recomment them to anyone that wants to be close to the beach, the pier and to the charming downtown shopping area. As I have said, we have found this jem in April of 2011 and we are returning again in several weeks ( August). We will return annually and that is a promise. Suzana R- Las Vegas, NV

Charming Casita

I stayed here for a month. As a writer,I found the the area quiet. The casita's charm included a roomy and well equipped kitchen, very wonderful comfy bed which is very important to me. The bathtub is deep. The place has a wood burning fireplace for the cool California nights. There is lots of light and sunshine. The two outdoor patios are wonderful for having lunch, reading a book, looking at the canyon or just relaxing. There is a laundry room. Location is great for downtown and the beach area. Chris was terrific to communicate with if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend this place to friends.

Great beach access, just a short walk down the hill. Lots of amenities like beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. Charming casita. Great owners. Wish we could have stayed longer!
