Caida de Agua —whose English translation is The Fall of Water—welcomes you with a stunning water fountain, which escorts you into a spacious palapa covered open living room, inviting you to begin an experience of pampering and luxury. The pool and adjacent sitting areas overlook the ocean, the view is stunning. Each of the 5 bedrooms are large and subtly sophisticated, all with views and a choice of indoor and outdoor showers.   • Beach View: The villa is set on a hill above the 8th Hole of the Jack Nicolas golf course. The view is of the ocean and the beach and as well as the yachts and sailboats that are often moored there. The golf course can be viewed from the second floor as well as the edge of the property.

  • Caida de Agua has membership to both private golf courses within the gates (many of the rental villas do not), which gives our guests access rights to the golf courses. Surfing available by foot 5 minutes down the beach, whale watching and private panga rides to the Marietta Islands, snorkeling, and adventures - such as zip line excursions and back road trips.
