Five minutes from Downtown Hartwell, 50 Yards from the Lake. Our charming home offers all the advantages of being near town, and the peacefulness of being on a quiet street with the lake in your backyard. This recently renovated home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor, plus a complete teen-suite/fun spot (with a full bathroom) downstairs.
Everything from the over-sized deck to the kitchen cabinets is new and fresh. We’ve made sure that you have every convenience you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation on Lake Hartwell.
The dock is just a short walk down a gently sloping hill. Beyond that you will find nearly 1000 miles of shoreline and some of the most beautiful lake scenery you will ever see. Hartwell Marina is just minutes away for all of your marine/boat needs, and the boat ramp is less than 5 minutes away. There's plenty of space to park your boat trailer.
The home also features a huge, private deck across the back of the house with a dining table, umbrella, chaise lounge. There's a brick fire pit in the yard as well - think about making s'mores after a day on the lake. And we have just added a three-person canoe and paddles on the dock. Since we're in a quiet cove, it's a great place to let the kids paddle around.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a private bathroom, and French doors out to the deck -providing you with a serene view of the lake beyond the trees. The other two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two twins) offer comfortable spaces and privacy – so everyone has some room for themselves. The teen suite features space for games, TV watching, and a day bed with a trundle bed for extra sleeping space. There’s also a game table for fun after you come off the lake.
The house has Wi-Fi, and 2 TVs,with an additional TV in the Master bedroom, plus books and games - so there's even something to do on a rainy afternoon.
Small/medium sized dogs are welcome with prior approval.
