Home sits on a large (200’+), quiet lagoon on the Gulf side. We have 2 MASTER BEDROOMS, one upstairs and one poolside, as well as a guest bedroom upstairs. The 42” High Def TV comes with 150+ Satellite channels and FREE HBO. The two wrap around decks provide excellent seating for watching the amazing sunsets in the Keys. BBQ on the large gas grill, then dine alfresco on the comfy patio furniture, while possibly seeing rays jump, tarpon roll or Manatees meandering in the lagoon.
The Pleasure Island Pool is 39’x16’, with built in barstools, a Waterfall and a very large Spa with mood lighting. There are plenty of comfy chairs and lounges to relax and get the tan you crave.
The 60’ dock has water and power, as well as a fish cleaning station. A bait freezer is provided for your convenience. An outdoor shower will cool you off after a hot day of fishing. Our resident fish, commonly seen from the dock, include Tarpon and Mangrove Snapper.

Coming all the way from Germany, we had a indescribable, wonderful time at the Casa C. It is really impossible to express how good we feel staying at this beautiful home ! It is such a cosy and comfortable place - really a perfect hideaway. But, you will also find plenty of places of interest within easy reach - Key West, Bahia Honda State Park, Dolphin Research Center, ... You will find numerous shopping facilities and restaurants only a few minutes drive away from the house. The rooms were very clean & tidy, spacious and bright and the kitchen was nicely and comfortably equipped. The inner courtyard including the pool is an ideal place for relaxing on hot afternoons. We really enjoyed having breakfast / BBQ on the balcony while watching the sunrise / sunset. And of course: Cindy & Tom - they really know how to offer their guests something very special ! Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality and your time spending with us ! Hopefully we would meet us some day again !

We had a glorious week at Cindy and Tom's house in Marathon. The listing and photos are completely accurate, but the reality was even better. The pool and spa were wonderful, especially at night. Breakfasts and drinks on the balcony were very special. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Cindy took very good care of us, and made a special effort to have internet access installed prior to our visit. The beach just across the bridge was spectacular, and swimming with the dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center was a huge thrill. We'd happily return.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We stayed over the Christmas holidays in 2010--the home is lovely and the location is perfect--a five minute drive from a variety of dining options, and only about an hour to Key West. Marathon has an airport and is a nice community, without the traffic of KW. The beaches are easily accessible and uncrowded. The sunsets off of the decks of the house overlooking the water are beautiful; the kitchen and living room are very well designed in terms of gathering places for people, and the home is upgraded, immaculate, and spacious. The pool is a very nice amenity and we brought our kayaks and enjoyed the bay/inlet. The owners provided a tremendous amount of information on local attractions, dining, and history and were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family!
