It was absolutely perfect. The size was great for the two of us. The condo was beautifully decorated and offered everything we needed. Thoughtful little things like a stereo to dock with our ipods, coffee filters already in the cabinet and helpful dining recommendations really made us feel welcome. It was also wonderful to have no hassle parking right in the heart of Midtown. We will most certainly make reservations with you again next time we come to Atlanta. This weekend was everything we wanted it to be and the condo was a big part of that.

Lovely Place in the Best Location!

This is a superb apartment in Midtown Atlanta! You will not find a better location. Piedmont Park is right down the street with restaurants in both directions around the corner. Reserved underground parking with easy elevator access to a very secure building is included in the price. The apartment is perfect for a couple or two friends. The sleeper sofa is comfortable as well. This will be our home away from home place to stay when visiting our son at Georgia Tech! And the owner provided us with the best instructions I've ever gotten from anyone on vrbo. Thank you Jim!

This is the second time we have rented one of the "Touch of Class" properties on VRBO. The first time was for our anniversary, and the second time was this month for our daughter's honeymoon. She raved that the unit was just perfect, the linens and accesories were beautiful, the staff was so helpful and polite, and the detailed instructions were a great comfort to them as they had never driven to downtown Atlanta before. Jim, we truly were blessed by your devotion to making your units so beautiful and well outfitted. We will be back!

This place is beautiful. We loved every minute of staying at this condo. Furnished exqusitely and pristine clean. We felt safe and secure. Concierge and staff most helpful. We would most definitely stay here again but only when we can come out and stay longer than we did this visit!

I needed a break from life as I know it and booked at the Mayfair. I had lived in a highrise in Dallas, TX and knew the life a little but this surpassed my expectations. The condo was extremely clean, well appointed and the flow of the floor plan was totally accommadating. The staff at the Mayfair were above kind and friendly, the residence were all kind and the location was a 10+. I felt safe walking around the area, found several great restruants and wonderful shopping. The access by car was easy and I did not have to deal with the interstate and Marta was close by if I chose not to walk. I will be visiting again and plan to stay at any of the condos that myaltantahome has to offer!!!!!! A person will not go wrong with these accommadations.

Three of us stayed in this well appointed condo. We were close to a theatre, several restaurants and a bus pick-up that took us to the AmericasMart. Our host could not have been more pleasant and left no detail to chance. Fine linens, modern appliances and a safe area. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I hope if I am in Atlanta again this will be available.

Jim,The stay was wonderful loved the view and the bed was so cozy i had to drag myself out.The complimentary wine was the best and it was just in time because we was there for our 10th year anniversary i felt so at home the apartment provided everything you need in a home besides the clothes and i will stay again in the near future.Concierge was so helpful they helped us with everything from hair salons to the best chicken in town Gladys Knight chicken and Waffles.Jim keep up the good work with the rentals because you will be number #1 on my list when visiting Atlanta you make traveling feel like home away from home:)

My husband and I recently stayed here for a long weekend in Atlanta. The apt. is beautiful; the location is fantastic--Piedmont Park is a block away and many restaurants are within walking distance; the owner was very helpful in making recommendations; the reservation process, check-in, and check-out were easy. I will definitely recommend this place to firends and I hope to use it again in future visits to the city.

Your apartment gave my husband and myself a great getaway weekend in Atlanta. The apartment has such a wonderful ambiance, unlike what you would have in a hotel. Every detail was thought out, even the flow of the space. Even though we live north of Atlanta, being in town was a little overwhelming. You made us feel right at home with your phone call and provided us with great restaurant suggestions. The pancakes at TAP are a religious experience! We highly recommend your apartment as a "weekend away from the kids", or in our case, a 28th wedding anniversary celebration. Thank you again for your Southern hospitality.

The accommodations for our stay in Mayfair City View North were as luxurious and beautiful as they could be without making us feel that the apartment was "untouchable". We felt so comfortable and safe and pampered that we cannot wait to visit Atlanta again. It is rare to find a place where the decor is not overdone--but "almost" (LOL) :) You won't be disappointed to send your favorite guests or to plan a stay yourself in this beautiful apartment. Our hosts provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and plenty of information to walk us through the first check-in, favorite spots to visit nearby, and lots of little extras. We felt totally at home!

I stayed here intermittantly for 6 weeks in DEC 08, JAN 09. Reservations were simple and the overall quality of my stay was nothing less than excellent. I had to change my reservations a few times because of outside events and I was treated with patience. The Mayfair was a wonderful sanctuary for me during a very chaotic period - the staff are amazing and the facilities make life simpler and more enjoyable. I would recommend staying here to my closest friends and relatives any time. The suite was beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed.

Thanks for the great stay in your appartment! It was warm en stylish and an actual home for that week. The Mayfair Tower has got a great library and excellent concierge service. Jim Braude also helped us out really well. Unfortunately the Mayfair-computer was removed last week when we visited but apart from that, our stay was fantastic. Regards from Niki & Eunice

We have spent a couple of weeks in Atlanta for the last several years but always in a hotel. This apartment was so much more elegant and convenient. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants in the area. The concierge was very helpful and we felt very secure in the building.

My business trip to Atlanta got off to a dreadful start, the details of which are unimportant, but which included staying at an overpriced uncomfortable hotel. My trip completely turned around when I found this lovely apartment. It was very last minute so I was quite fortunate that it was available. The apartment is quiet, secure, reasonably priced, well located, light, and well furnished. It provided just the refuge I needed.

We had the priviledge of staying in your Paris apartment, and this apartment is truly a touch of Paris - Luxuriously appointed, Centrally located with every convenience one would expect from a five star Boutique Hotel,with the added bonus of a wonderful kitchen and a tastefully furnished livingroom and bedroom. The central location meant we were able to be totally independent and I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to any of my friends going to Atlanta

Beautifully furnished and fully equipped -- my stay in this apt couldn't have been better. It was like staying in a junior suite at a fine hotel, but without being nickel and dimed to death with taxes, wi-fi, phone charges and parking. Very comfortable and stylish, you'd even feel comfortable entertaining a small group here. The location is convenient, with a number of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. It's also in a very secure building, with a dedicated parking space and guest parking. If only this company operated in all the cities I visit, business travel would be enjoyable again. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
