This was our second wonderful Thanksgiving at this condo. There is a nice balcony across the entire front and two bedrooms have balconies as well. There are plentiful bedrooms and restrooms. Two restrooms have both tub/shower and a second shower. The upper level rec area is great for children or if some want to watch something different on TV. Beach access is very close. It was very convenient to have two refrigerators when you are having a large group. With family and this great place...we had a tremendous time!

This condo was clean, well-maintained and just wonderful. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We had our entire family there -- four generations. The kitchen was fully furnished -- from multiple coffee pots and toasters that accomodated our large family. Everything from wine glasses and a cork screw -- you won't have to remember to bring anything. The walk to the beach is very short and the beach was very enjoyable. My family is looking forward to coming back next year. I'm hoping to stay for two weeks. This was our first trip to North Myrtle and we couldn't have gotten a better condo as far as we are concerned.

Coconut Grove Condo

When we first entered, the well maintained condo, we knew,instantly, that it was going to be a great week! The accomodations were perfect for seven adults and four children. It was roomy and the convenience to the beach and having numerous bathrooms was fantastic. Large enough for privacy as well as for family gatherings around the dining room table. The elevator came in handy as well, when transporting beach chairs and toys. A close family friend who has been booking another condo down the beach for over 20 years is seriously thinking of switching over to this one next year. The owner made us feel welcomed and was patient in answering all of our questions. A great value for the money. A place of choice for those who want a restful week at the beach.

We stayed here for a week with a large group of families with small children (10 adults, 9 children ages 6 and under). Great location - easy walk right across the street, so no need to deal with carseats/getting kids in and out of the car. I loved that there was a bathroom for each of the main rooms. Very clean, kitchen was spacious, well stocked, and so nice that the property had an elevator. I also loved that it had a huge table that everyone could sit around at mealtimes, instead of having tons of people sitting around separately, spilling things all over. =) Plenty of space for the kids to sleep well or run around as well! Great experience!

Wonderful Luxury Getaway

In November 2010 my family celebrated Thanksgiving at the beach in this wonderful condo. There is soooo much room. All the beds are queens or kings. There are 3 balconies! The décor is very open and comfortable. Two refrigerators are a huge help when you have an extended hungry family visiting! It was super having 6 bathrooms! It was very clean and neat. It is a small private condo complex so the environment has a very safe feel. The owner is very accommodating. The walk to the beach is only a minute. The beach is nice and wide. Our family treasures the memories there. We can’t wait to go back!

This condo is great

This condo is spacious and clean. I loved having the linens provided and only having to do minimal clean-up on departure-- trash, strip beds. They do the vacuuming, toilets etc. The walk to Main Street Ocean Drive is just right-- enough for some exercise, but not too far to walk. It is also nice to have the numbered parking spaces that assure that you have a designated place to park. There are stairs and a convenient elevator. The balcony spaces are private and large enough to enjoy. This is a relatively small condo complex, so it minimized elevator waiting and everything else that goes along with staying in a huge skyscraper type of condo. I'd definitely rent here again.

This is a great place to vacation, especially for families w/ children; just a walk across the street to the beach but even though it isn't beach side you still can sit on the deck(s) and have an ocean view as well as experience the ocean breeze that comes w/ being at the ocean. Convenient to all shopping and eateries that you would want. I would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

My family and I got there and all we could say was WOW!!! Very clean and well kept and very spacious . The condo was very well appointed and a very short walk to the beach. 1 minute at most. We loved to sit out on the balcony early mornings and late nights too. I absolutely recommend this condo and will be staying there again in the future.
