The living room is equipped with a large screen TV, cable and DVD player. Outside, you will find a front courtyard draped in bougainvillea and climbing roses (perfect for people watching), and another private interior courtyard with gas BBQ.
This home has 4 bedrooms, including a private spacious master suite (over 450 sq ft.) with vaulted ceiling, huge walk-in closet, master bath with a two-person jetted tub in marble, 2 custom sinks and a balcony. A king bed, ceiling fan, remote-controlled lightings, skylight, flat screen TV, cable and DVD player round out the perfect amenities for your relaxation. Inside the walk in closet are two ready to use airbeds for additional accommodations.
The second "Gone to Sea" bedroom features a spacious queen bed and a private sun deck with its own sitting area, furnished with a bistro set. Rounding out the second floor is a third "Moon, Stars and Beach" bedroom with two twin beds (crib available upon request) and a second bath with custom tile work.
The third floor houses the fourth "Summer Fun" bedroom and a separate den/entertainment room with a large screen TV, cable, gaming system and DVD player and a full-sized sofa bed. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds, and its own private balcony.
Open the Dutch door to let the ocean breeze in. Walk out to the balcony to catch panaromic views of Huntington Beach city.
