Excellent Stay!!!

I stayed at this unit for three months while doing an internship in the area. It was everything I needed and MORE! It was exceptionally clean and well-kept. I loved the way it was decorated and it had a nice, cozy feel to it. I didn't have any problems while I was here at all and the owner was very good about keeping in touch and making sure I had everything I needed and that everything was in order. The bed was super comfortable which is always a plus! The kitchen had everything I needed! The only thing I brought was a crockpot and everything else was supplied. There was even a nice desk for my computer and printer! The view at this place was great as well. It's right over the pool and across from the ocean. The pool is one of the nicest I've had the pleasure of using and it was just a short walk to the beach. Overall, I can't say enough nice things about this condo. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Amazing family vacation spot!!

We loved every single thing about this condo. Was big enough for our family. Had an amazing pool that my kids could not get enough of from the moment they woke up they wanted to be in it! For those with little children it is just the best pool because of the size of the shallow area! Loved, loved, loved the location. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Destin but close enough for an evening out or a daytime getaway with the kids. I would highly recommend this condo over and over again!! Will be back next year!!!!!

Absolutely amazing vacation!

This was our second trip visiting the beach resort (this year with it's new owner) and it was an unbelievable experience! You will not find a better pool in all of destin! It has a beach walk in entrance with an overflow pool above. The room itself looks even better in person if that were possible! Everything is managed by resort quest so you get vouchers upon arrival for free activities. Plenty of towels and other necessities are available. The parking is great to. You never have to get into a scorching hot car again while visiting this place! Also, I have to add how amazing the owner was to us. We are from Alabama and experienced the April tornados this year. As a result of that my husband entered the hospital the day before we were expected to check in. The owner was extremely gracious towards our situation even though it meant an unoccupied space for our week. He was extremely fast in getting back to us every time we tried to contact him and very accommodating. Thank you so much for such an amazing trip! We will be back!!!

Destin was wonderful and our condo was great

I took my family to Destin for the first time for a friends wedding. We had our 3 kids ranging from 5 to 14. The Condo was great. We had friends rent other condos in the same building and although they all have the same floor plan ours was the best. This condo came with covered parking, nice TVs, wireless internet, several access codes to the beach, a great package for deals (we used the Dolphin cruse) and the condo was beautifully decorated. The King bed was awesome... great after a long day on the beach. Communication with the owners was great and we never had any concerns contacting someone if something was wrong,,,which it wasn't and we never needed anything extra. I will go out of my way to reserve this same condo next visit to Destin. Thank you so much.

Randy, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us! Everything was perfect...all the comforts of home. The condo is perfectly located, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well maintained. The pictures do not do it justice. Our Grandsons enjoyed their first visit to the ocean, and did not want to leave. Randy was very prompt in his responses to my original email, and graciously answered any other questions I had. The underground parking was a plus, as not all the condos are able to offer that. You made our trip so enjoyable, and we will definitely stay here again, hopefully as a couple, and to bring the Grandsons back!
