Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, second-floor condominium in the beautiful oceanfront Sand Dollar Condominium Resort. The resort is located in a quiet area approximately five miles from Flamingo Airport and two miles north of the picturesque town of Kralendijk.
Relax on the screened-in balcony and enjoy beautiful Caribbean sunsets and refreshing Bonaire breezes. Includes a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, large in-room safe, and cable TV. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds (cribs and roll-away beds can be added to the unit upon request). Quiet, remote controlled split air-conditioner units are installed in both bedrooms. Sleeps a maximum of four adults and two children. Parking areas are directly in front of the condo.
Exceptional diving and snorkeling are just footsteps away. After a short walk to the pier and private beach, you can dive and snorkel on Bari Reef, Sand Dollar's house reef. Bari Reef is the Caribbeans top-ranked dive site for variety of fish species. The entire island of Bonaire was recently designated by the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as having the most pristine coral reefs in the Caribbean.
A full-service dive shop, Bonaire Dive & Adventure, and Fish-Eye Photo Shop are on site and can handle all your diving and snorkeling needs, including equipment rentals, courses, boat dives, and shore dives. The Ocean’s Classroom is an excellent kids’ program with activities available Monday through Friday.
Eddy’s Restaurant and Bar, a large pool, lighted tennis courts, and a sundeck are on the The Sand Dollar grounds. The newly opened oceanside Sunset Bar & Grill is next door at the Den Laman condos. A grocery and convenience store, ice cream parlor, wireless internet shop, and bank (with 24-hour ATM) are all adjacent to the property. Cell phone rentals are available in the Sand Dollar office.
Bonaire's above-water attractions are also exceptional, including windsurfing for all skill levels at beautiful Lac Bay, kite surfing, kayaking, bird watching, cave exploring, mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the exotic 14,000-acre Washington-Slaagbai National Park in northern Bonaire.
