We just got back from our trip. We really enjoyed the condo. We were hoping for a nice quiet getaleway. That is exactly what we found. The transaction went smoothly. The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable for us and our three kids. I highly recommend this place.

GREAT ESCAPE BEACH FRONT CONDO WITH NOTHING LACKING

We had a wonderful month of November in this condo. Nice and roomy inside and a large balcony to watch the dolphins, stingrays, and the Blue Angels when they practiced a couple of days a week. The owner was very helpful. Of all the condos we have stayed in, this was the best stocked with everything we needed including silverware, cooking utinsels, and bath linens. It's close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the Naval Air Station base. Looking forward to a return trip soon.

Fun Family Getaway

This was a perfect stay for my family of three and my parents. We gave them the master suite and I was SO jealous. That suite is a getaway all on its own! The kitchen is stocked full of cooking utensils and pots/pans so we could easily eat in. The pool is awesome and it's only a short walk to the beach. We didn't realize that Gulf Shores was only 30 minutes away so we still got to eat at one of our family favorite restaurants, LuLu's. The next night we went 30 minutes the other way to Downtown Pensacola and ate on the Pier near Seville Quarter district. Of course there are closer restaurants like the Shrimp Basket, but we didn't mind exploring a little. Overall we did not want to leave! Thanks, Kim!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Palacio. This condo is on the 10th floor and offers fantastic gulf views from the master bedroom and living room. The condo is well equipped with moderately upscale amenities and has a comfortable feel to it. Access to the beach is great. For the price we paid, we got an excellent deal.

This condo is our families new favorite place! The location is perfect! The condo was beautiful! The beds were super comfortable! Even coming down during a cold front, we had a great time! T.Vs in all the bedrooms was a huge bonus! The kitchen had everything you could want! The beach and the view of the beach from our balcony was amazing! Lots of super places to eat while down there. Already planning a return trip! Thanks again!

Wonderful Stay

The condo is beautiful. The furnishings are very nice. The master bedroom is lovely and very spacious. The other bedrooms are good size and the linen in all the rooms are beautiful. We spent lots of time on the balcony - wonderful beach view with very comfortable patio furniture. The swimming pools are kept very clean and the beach walkover looks brand new - no splinters :) I have been renting condos on the Alabama/Florida gulf coast for many years and this is one of the nicest, well-kept condos I've ever stayed in. The owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly with information. I hope to come back soon. As a side note if you have children take them to Perdido Kids Park on Gulf Beach Hwy (turn left at red light after going over intercoastal then drive approx 4 miles - park is on left). It is a fabulous park - the kids will want to spend all afternoon.

Kim..we just got back from a return trip to your condo and as usual it was wonderful. The condo was exceptionally clean and the new tile floors look great. Everything was in perfect order when we arrived. We especially loved the new extra linens on the beds...it was like staying in a luxury hotel. Thank you and we look forward to our next visit.

Hi Kim, We stayed at your condo March 1rst for 7 nights. Pictures do not do it justice!! Astounding. I could not soak it all up. First of all, the decor is top notch quality and immaculately clean. I felt like I was in a Penthouse suite! View is spectacular. I can't say enough about this great condo. We will return! P.S. I really liked the blankets being encased in sheets. What a nice, clean and comfortable amenity. Andy
