This family retreat is nestled on a beautiful wooded lot on the South Shore of Long-Lake, one of Michigan’s premier all sport lakes. You will have a private dock, beach and driveway (off private road).
Soft sandy lake bottom with a gradual slope starting out ankle deep and going out over 50 yards until it reaches a depth of 6 ft. Perfect for children yet deep enough to bring your boat. (Buoy provided)
We are renting this fabulous 2500 sq ft log-cabin cottage with waterfront on beautiful long lake 15 minutes from Traverse City Michigan. With seven spacious bedrooms, four full bathrooms, you can comfortably sleep and entertain 14. (Separate Guest Section With 2 bedrooms and private bath) Large Dining Room overlooking the lake with a table that will seat all 14.

For those cool Michigan nights, a beautiful fieldstone fireplace is in the center of the family room with a wood box inside and plenty of wood stacked up out back. Each room also has individually controlled electric base-board heat. The cottage is fully equipped with all linens and towels provided.
You can grille on the patio then sit on the screened porch, or rock in the hammock and watch the best sunsets in Michigan. If restaurants and nightlife is more your style, then head into town and checkout Traverse City, or catch a concert at the Interlochen Center for the Arts, both are minutes away.
