Spacious, clean home away from home! Fripp Island Rental Home with FREE GOLF CART included. Island cottage nestled amongst century old live oaks and palmetto trees. Updated with bright and whimsical decor, pine floors and upgraded bathrooms. House is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for families with children, 5 minutes from the beach, pools, tennis center and golf courses(2). There is room to park your boat during your stay. Flat screens and wireless too!
Bed configurations include: master-king, 2nd bedroom- Queen & twin, 3rd bedroom - Double & twin. House is spacious with large screened porch and living areas. Centrally located on the island...A 5 minute golf cart/bike ride to the beach and tennis center, golf courses,pools and restaurants. Bikes are available for rent from island excursions on a daily or weekly basis. Call to reserve additional golf carts, bikes, kayaks, boats, scooters or book an island cruise. There are 4 beach chairs at the house for your use.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking utensils you will need. There is a charcoal grill on the deck. The bedding is comfortable, linens and towels are included. You will need to bring beach towels, and paper products.

Ocean Point is where you check in to play the Ocean Point Course, swim, pool or enjoy meals at the 19th hole restaurant.
Veranda Beach has a view of the beach without beach access. There are 2 pools, 1 hot tub, kiddie pool with slide, a misting cave to cool off and a bar & snack bar.
Launch your boat, get gas or convenience items are found here.
Here is a great little Cabana on the creek, that has been here for years. Have a seat and watch the sunset in the evenings.

My family and I love Fripp Island and Beaufort and are pleased to share our little piece of paradise with you and your family. We have information for our guests about the best places to eat, shop, fish, sunbathe, antique, etc..

This is the second year our family has had the pleasure of staying in this beach house. We are very pleased with the rental! It's very spacious and the skylights add a touch of romance (not to mention a good thing for energy efficiency). The master bedroom is wonderful, and our daughter loved the bubbles made by the automatic jets in the wonderfully oversized tub. The kitchen was spacious, something that is necessary for someone like me who loves to cook and doesn't want to eat out all of the time. The porch was relaxing and a family of woodpeckers kept us entertained with their nest of babies in the tree next to the house, not to mention the deer. There's even a little outdoor shower that is perfect for washing away all the sand. It's not beachfront, but we loved the privacy and the forest setting made us feel as if we were in some exotic country! And the beach was only a few minutes ride on the provided golf cart. The cabana club offers not only a regular pool, but a special lagoon pool (with waterfalls), a swim up bar (I highly reccomend the Cabana Colada) and an excellent kiddie pool with a frog slide that the kids will go nuts over! There's even a few playgrounds, so keeping your children entertained and wearing them out by the end of the day is a cinch! The high speed internet at the house gave us the ability to keep up with emails and find things to do and places to go off of the island. We even took a trip to Parris Island, a fun and educational experience (who knew that there was a bowling alley on a Marine base?). The extra bedrooms are perfect for a large family and the fold out couch is great for any extra guests. The island staff are wonderful and friendly (the gift shop next to the beach club even held on to our daughter's lip gloss until we were able to come back and get it!). The Johnson's Creek Tavern had some of the best seafood I've had in YEARS!! All in all this was a wonderful home and we will hopefully be going back soon! The owners of the house are very nice and generous and went the extra mile to provide us with anything we needed. They are a pleasure to deal with and we wish that everyone could be as nice as they were. I highly suggest this rental. It's definitely my favorite beach due to the beauty and peacefulness of the island. The fishing and crabbing are good and the activites will keep one busy all day! There's lots for the kids and plenty of romantic activity for couples. I give this place an A+!
