left clean and undamaged, and if adequate cancellation notice is
given. Payment options are cash, cashier's check, and personal
check, if mailed in advance. Credit cards require an additional
charge of 3.5% of total. JUN-SEP monthly rentals are an
additional $200 for utilities.
