A Gulf front 4 bedroom 3 full baths condo located directly on the beach. This 4th story unit is located at the Bella Riva building, the most luxurious resort on Okaloosa Island. This unit is 2,000 square feet and comfortably sleeps 10 people in 4 separate bedrooms plus a queen size sleeper sofa. Our condo is in the middle of the building- which means no side views and not overlooking the swimming area....total relaxation.
You could dine at the 31 foot beach front balcony while watching the sunset, or on the 6 person dining room table, or even at the bar top. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the line Viking stainless steel appliances, travertine flooring, granite countertops, and everything else you will need to make a fantastic meal. A large flat screen TV with home theater is located in the living room. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The master bathroom has a separate shower (with three shower heads and bench inside) and bathtub with a separate room for the toilet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a private entrance to a bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. A separate utility room with full size washer and dryer is available for your convenience. This condo has free Wi-Fi for all its guests. Beach Service with umbrella & chairs are a complementary at Bella Riva during season.
The Bella Riva building is located near the end of Okaloosa Island. It offers a luxury getaway with less traffic congestion. Come relax and enjoy our luxurious yet comfortable home on the beach.
