This spacious, newly-decorated, newly-carpeted townhouse is ideal for large groups that want to be in the same rental unit while allowing privacy through four separate bedrooms. This townhouse has filtered water throughout and R/O (Reverse Osmosis) drinking water and ice. It has central heat and air. The lower bedrooms have their own thermostats, so you won't have to deal with those less than ideal wall mount units. The unit features a sleeper sofa, an oversized plush suede recliner and an oversized dining table. One mile away from Silver Dollar City, this rental is great for families who want to take advantage of the park's close proximity (on very busy days a shuttle from the entrance of Notch Estates to the front gate of Silver Dollar City runs all day).
Located on historic, Highway 76, Branson is a mere five minutes away. Hundreds of shows, restaurants, water parks, shopping, mini golfing, and more are right on the "Branson Strip" (Hwy. 76) as well. The rental is also only two and a half miles from Branson West which has grocery stores, a super Wal-Mart, gas stations, restaurants, antique stores, and more.
Ledgestone-the private, master-planned, award winning golf course is just next door, but there are many golf courses in different price ranges in and around Branson and Kimberling City to choose from for your ideal golfing experience!
Hop on Ozark Mountain Highroad/Hwy. 465 (a mere two miles away) and in ten minutes you can swim or work out at the Branson Rec Plex-child care is available. Shop in Branson Hills- it includes Target (with Starbucks), TJ Maxx, Home Depot, Kohl's, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Books a Million, Petco, Best Buy, Maurices, Michaels, MC Sports (sports apparel and equipment), Super Wal-Mart, and DressBarn! You can also grab a bite at Chile's, Pizza Hut, Arby's, Mr. Goodcents or Wendy's!
Historic downtown Branson and the Branson Landing are easily accessed by Hwy. 76 as well. Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo, and the cape at Kimberling City are all within 10 minutes of the resort. Fishing, boating, water skiing and other water activities are all available through these venues. The 5-star Chateau on the Lake and Moonshine Beach allow for even more water-loving opportunities. The Chateau's world-class spa allows for some restful and rejuvenating experiences as well.

We rented this townhouse for a family gathering. There were 12 people from 6 different states meeting for a long weekend. We were very pleased with the townhouse. It was clean and spacious. The fishing lake is a little challenging to get to but beautiful. This property is close to town yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
