Very few homes qualify as villas but the Dolphin Villa is one of them. Situated in the Princeville Resort area of Kauai Hawaii this home is clean and new and stunningly spacious.
Situated along and facing the golf course, the atmosphere is tropical and Polynesian throughout. As you drive into the home you’ll find a spacious two car garage and an inviting entry that opens into a large and prestigious foyer. The Villas gets its name from the oversize brass dolphin sculptures there.
Straight ahead is a well light living area with television comfortable couches and stereo center. Adjacent is a large hand-carved card table for dining or games. And just out the backdoor is an over-sized hot tub that bubbles and boils just inviting you to site and overlook the garden like setting looking across the way to the 7th hole.
On this floor there are two bedrooms. The first is a master with perfectly appointed King Bed and an additional single. The villa laundry center is back toward the street with easy access from the parking areas. Another bedroom features a queen bed and large windows that face out onto the garden.
As you ascend up the spiral staircase past the dolphin sculpture you will come to the main living area. Here another large living is dominated by the media center which includes surround sound and a whopping 60” plasma television. So larger it is as if you can climb right into the picture.
The large dining area is perfect for entertaining friends and family and the state of the art new kitchen with stainless steel appliances is right at hand. Gourmets will find nothing lacking and the house is, of course, stocked with all the plate-ware, flatware and pots and pans needed to cook up a creation.
Two additional bedrooms sit on this second floor. The first features two queen beds and the second has a queen bed with large windows jutting out over the garden. There are three private bathrooms in the home and all beds have quality linens and spreads.
Adjacent is a gourmet kitchen has just about everything you could every wan right down to hands free faucets. Outside you can sit all day on the never-get-up-because it is so comfortable lanai. And when you do get up it will be to cook something tasty on the oversize gas grill.
If you want to cook indoors (OK, maybe that would be fun too) the kitchen has all kinds of other gizmos like a plate warmer, double drawer dishwasher, Big refrigerator - freezer, walk in pantry, and those handy hands - free faucets again.
