The home is a 5 minute walk to the spa, the Wintergreen Nature Center and wonderful hiking trails. It is only a 2-4 minute drive to the ski slopes, dining, shopping, tennis courts, golf pro shop and children's adventure park.
The vaulted great room offers plenty of seating for the 50" LCD TV with surround sound. The dining table seats 8 and can be expanded to seat 12. The great room has sliding glass doors that open onto a deck and screened-in porch-perfect for entertaining, relaxing, enjoying the view or watching passing golfers.

Our stay was a great week of catching up with old friends, meeting a couple of new ones and being the tourists that we failed to do when we lived in the area. We loved the location. Being on a cul-de-sac made the home feel isolated, but yet still within the resort. The view overlooking the Shenandoah Valley was spectacular. One of my favorite places to visit has always been Raven's Roost. According to the GPS, this home is almost directly in line with that same view, just a bit higher. Our 3 year old was disappointed that we wouldn't let her sleep in the loft, but she spent a lot of time playing up there when we could supervise. The overall layout of the home worked well for us. I did manage to find some time between visits with friends to get in a little snowboarding, too. We will definitely be staying here again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was the perfect place for our family getaway! The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything you could need. The photos through the home are also quite wonderful. Our 6 year old son fell in love with the loft and our dog was right at home, too! We can't wait to return, thank you.

We are a family with young children and had a wonderful winter family vacation in this home. The beds and linens were very comfortable, the kids loved the loft, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean and new. The home is very convienent to the spa and skiing. Can't wait to go back!

My family stayed here last week. It is a beautiful home. It overlooks the the 16th green and 17th tee. The construction appears to be new and it is very well equipped. My sons enjoyed the 50" tv and our dog loved his early morning walks. We plan on staying there next summer and would highly recommend it.
