There is a one time $60.00 cleaning fee per visit.
Two weeks notice required for cancelation, or Security Deposit is forfeited.
Security Deposit $250 or 1/2 of rental charge over $500.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this condo (11/23/2011 thru 11/30/2011) for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was so relaxing, clean throughout the whole place. I would recommend this condo for 50+ renters and great for pet owners. Close to nearby shops, restaurants, easy access to just about everything, even though Lake Conroe level was low in some areas of the lake, it was a beautiful sight to see.

I needed a place to stay while I waited for my home to be finished. Stayed here for five weeks. We had a great stay, very comfortable and very accommodating. I highly recommend this condo for any length of time. Beautiful & convenient location. Great Owner, very easy going, pleasant and a gem to deal with. We are very thankful to Mr. Green!
