Beautifully decorated with 2 separate living areas: A 10 seat rattan sofa set for flat screen TV viewing and nice separation between the 8 seat chocolate leather sofa sectional for relaxing and formal comfort. This is an important feature because in most condos, if the kids are watching TV, the adults must sit in the kitchen chairs. Think about it, we did and its designed for your comfort.
Additionally, the chocolate sofa has a matching dinette set for 8 settings and 2 bar stools. Wow, that's a 28 seat sitting capacity in one spacious great room with authentic onyx lamps that create the perfect vacation accommodations.

- Private Hot Tub: This Jacuzzi is located on the front patio of the condo and creates a romantic ambiance and good memories.
- Shared Hot Tub: This Jacuzzi is extra large, pool side and more fun for the entire family.
- Shared Pool: The infinity pool is very spacious and creates an illusion that the water flows into the Caribbean for a beautiful dramatic effect. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, standard chairs and tables are plentiful poolside and only used by the condo residence. Tip: if you would like to tan in the sand have one of the pool attendants carry your lounge chairs into the sand!
- Sauna: Very nice in the fitness center with showers, cardio, weights and jucuzzi.

- Full Kitchen: Because the condo is new, so are the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including the microwave. Also, the kitchen was opened up to add a serving bar and take advantage of the panoramic ocean views. For some reason most people gravitate to the kitchen, therefore we have surrounded the immediate area with a capacity to sit about 18 people.

- Balcony (2) : Looking over the blue Caribbean, the front balcony is very spacious and wraps around the corner of the condo providing a truly panoramic view. Remember you are on the 19 floor and it is a thrill to see "eye to eye" with the circling sea gulls as they pass the patio preparing to dive for sushi. As the parasails go by you actually look down on them for a pleasant change of pace.
- Lanai: The back balcony serves the 2 rear bedrooms and provides a landing and nice size space to relax and watch a sunset or look over the lagoon, golf course and city lights to see the Caribbean surrounding the island of Isla Mujueres.

- Beachfront: This beach is white, sandy and frames the turquoise blue Caribbean. The beach is clean and right below the infinity pool with showers to remove the sand and salt for your convenience. The beach is long enough to jog or stroll and wide enough for a game of volleyball.

The "Cabin in the Sky" was purchased for several reasons: It is a rare Top Floor corner unit with panoramic ocean views from every room in the house and located on the prettiest beach in Cancun within walking distance to Town Center, the Convention Center and Punta Cancun. Also, $ for $ it is the best value and prettiest condo we have ever seen anywhere in the world. We have been blessed to live in San Diego County and we feel the same way about Cancun!
