Charming Beach Casita Near T-Street Beach/Pier

Year Purchased: 2000

Why the Owner Chose San Clemente

My husband and I love Spanish style buildings and fell in love with this place when we first saw its "Old World 1927 Charm." The fact that it was just a couple of blocks up the street from T-street beach and the Pier we felt it a great location for people to stay and be close to the beach. We both loved the fact that the place hangs off the backside of Traflager canyon one of the few beach canyons in San Clemente. The back drop overlooking the quite lush canyon makes for a nice relaxing atmosphere. We frequently have "Wild Parrots" hanging in the trees on the property.

The Unique Benefits at this Casita Attached Walls

This property is on the Historical list as one of the first properties built in San Clemente. We love the fact that this place has a wood buring fireplace and hard wood oak floors. We decorated this place with velvet curtains and rich colors to make the place warm, inviting and very romantic.

The location is terrific, combining the lush quite canyon and being only two blocks to beach and not far from Del Mar Ave (main street in town for restaurants, and shopping.) You can park your car off the street and just walk to any destination you want in town in just minutes. You can even catch the train down in front of the pier.

A
T-Street Beach

Just down the two blocks you are at one of the nicest local beaches in town. Great for swimming, boogie boarding or surfing.

B
Del Mar Ave. (Main street in town)

Great restaurants and shopping.

C
San Clemente Pier and Train/Ticket Stop

Pier and and train station located.

Owner's Map of San Clemente

Both my husband and I have been in San Clemente almost our whole lives. We have watched our son's grow up on the local beach just down the street, (T-street beach.) First learning to swim, boogie board and then becoming pretty good surfers. We have been fortunate to live in such a wonderful place and hope that you can come enjoy all that San Clemente has to offer.
