Only granite, marble, ebonized walnut floors, and paneled walls were suitable for this Coastal Cottage ON THE BEACH SIDE OF HWY 30-A. It is the perfect family vacation home with an attached carriage house for the in-laws!
There is room for 12 with 4 BR's and 4.5 BA's in Lucca! Lucca! The main house has 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8! The Master Bedroom chamber with a king bed opens to a private screened in porch. Bedroom 2 offers twin beds, bedroom 3 offers a queen and the loft provides 2 bunk beds. Bunk Bedroom is not considered bedroom because it does not offer private bath. The stainless steel sub-zero refrigerator and wolf appliances create the ideal kitchen for your vacation. Bar next door offers wine racks, refrig and ice maker. 2 sets of front loading washers and dryers.Gas grill on the patio by the pool will give Dad a chance to swim while cooking! The second wrap around screened in porch provides a dining area for those lazy afternoons. Another porch off living room opens to boardwalk by stream and fountain. Then at sunset, bring your family to the tower to watch the sun go down over the gulf. There are 2 fireplaces to warm the air on those cool spring and fall evenings. For your entertainment there are large flat-screen TV’s, surround sound, music piped thru-out and, oh, a 3 story ELEVATOR will make it easy to unload suitcases and groceries.
The attached carriage house, offers a queen bed plus a sleeper sofa. Though attached, there is privacy from the rest of the crew in this lovely studio with a full kitchen and bathroom.
Lucca! Lucca! comes furnished with 5 TV's including a 46" LCD TV in the living room with DVD/CD player, and eight zone speaker selector. The Master BR has a 40" HDTV.

The white beaches and blue waters of South Walton, Florida have always been an oasis of serenity and leisure for me and my family since our first visit nearly 40 years ago. On an annual basis, my husband, four children and I have made the beautiful trek from our hometown of Nashville, TN to the warm and inviting Florida panhandle. This magical place has served to provide our family with an idyllic location to make fun and heartwarming memories. The wide variety of activities in the area keeps each of my family members happy, whether building sandcastles on the beach, biking along scenic 30A to Seaside, hiking through a local state park, cooking a yummy seafood pasta, or simply reading a book by the pool.
My husband Gino and I would like to extend an invitation to our home so that you and your family/friends can make your own equally beautiful memories. I'm sure you will find "Lucca! Lucca!", named for our family's village in Italy, a perfect blend of Italian elegance and Southern charm.

Pictures do not do this home justice. We spent Fall Break here and enjoyed every minute. Home is clean, well-maintained, and had just about every amenity. Jeanne was helpful and quick to answer questions. We can't wait to come back!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our two weeks at Lucca Lucca. We really loved this beautiful home and were nice and comfortable even if the weather was a little on the cool side. Our daughter and 7-year-old grandson were also thrilled with the comfortable accommodations. The TV set in his bedroom was a big hit with our grandson. We found the elevator most helpful for a couple of seniors moving luggage into and out of the house. This home was even more beautiful than the pictures indicated and had every amenity possible. We just can't say enough about Lucca Lucca and Jeanne. She was a delight to deal with and made everything effortless for us. We had a fabulous visit and can hardly wait to go back.

I Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful time in WaterSound. My family rented this spectacular home over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a super time. We prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner in the state of the art kitchen. It was just a short beautiful walk to the beach. My children are still talking about the home and how "AWESOME" it was. Jeanne, the owner, was a dream to work with. She was always willing and quick to answer any questions we had. Thanks Marchetti family for a great vacation. We hope to come back next year!

This Watersound beach home is just perfect for families. We were there for Fall break; the weather was beautiful and this home was very accommodating and lovely. The elevator was great as well as the golf cart. To the Marchetti's; we love your home and plan to stay again!

Lovely home. More than enough room and all the amenities one could hope for. Private backyard setting, perfect for that morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. This property is on our list of vacation repeats!! Fabulous home and a very enjoyable as well as relaxing vacation!!!
