This brand new luxury carriage house is located in Lewes, Delaware, just 2 ½ hours from DC and Baltimore. Take your pick of the beach at Lewes facing Delaware Bay or the beach at Rehoboth for the ocean. Or enjoy Cape Henlopen State Park for more beach access and other unique activities. Very convenient location for "Sports at the Beach" tournaments. We are also convenient to restaurants, sports bars, grocery stores, tax-free outlet shopping, water parks and more fun!
Situated in a small, quiet community with lots of green space, there is a wonderful community pool for your use.
This three bedroom vacation house features a master bedroom suite on the main level with a large walk-in closet and attached bath, including a soaking tub and separate shower. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms, each with a wall of closets. One has a queen size bed; the other has two twin beds. A large bath with double sinks is also on the 2nd floor. And lastly, the 2nd floor has a huge loft den with a queen sleeper sofa, TV/video system and game area.
The main level is open and full of light, highlighted by the soaring cathedral ceiling. Enjoy your morning coffee at the granite breakfast bar in the kitchen or the full dining area in the great room. Or step outside to either the screened porch surrounded by green space or the classic front porch with white painted wooden columns and rails.
The fully furnished kitchen includes granite counters, tall maple cabinets, sleek black appliances, refrigerator/freezer, smooth top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, several sets of glasses, complete set of dinnerware, cooking utensils and flatware, etc.
Contemporary, comfortable furnishings in the great room and a half bath complete the main level. There are 3 flat screen TV’s with cable, as well as VCR/DVD/video games for your enjoyment. Bring your laptop to access the wireless internet.
There is a convenient laundry room with a full size washer and dryer that leads to the attached two car garage and plenty of additional parking spaces.
