Kawela Bay Estate has been designed to take maximum advantage of its location in this privately gated Hawaiian community. It is located adjacent to Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. The hotel offers a horseback riding stable, restaurants, tennis and a golf club in addition to 800 acres of pristine natural beaches and coves.

The home is situated on a large 11,500 square foot lot. Wide lanais traverse the entire ocean-bay front on both stories of this special home. It is surrounded by water everywhere. The living, dining, and entertainment areas upstairs are wide open. With large glass sliding doors and windows you can enjoy the expansive cooling breezes of Kawela Bay.

The designer kitchen has been thoughtfully planned with a pass though to an outside barbecue deck, adjacent to the dining room. The deck is built overlooking the palm trees surrounding the fish natural to the Hawaiian lagoon. Elegant flagstone fossil paving indoors and out. Kayaks, boogie boards and a hot outside shower are available for your enjoyment.

The upstairs of the home can be rented separately, or along with the downstairs or with or without the attached studio. To enhance the romantic atmosphere, there is a double Jacuzzi tub and a two-sided fireplace between the master bedroom and bath. Wake up to the sunrise over the ocean and bay.

In addition, the master bath has a glass block shower separate from the Jacuzzi area, which extends to the fireplace hearth.

  • We rented the whole house and it was amazing! We were very pleased with the house and it's location, my kids loved the backyard and climbing on the rocks around the beach! My husband and I were traveling with three small children and three teenage girls, so the house worked out perfectly. The teenagers stayed downstairs most of the time which made them very happy and feel as though they had their own vacation home and we stayed upstairs, which we enjoyed because it was decorated very beautifully and had a great open and airy atmosphere. Veronica, our rental agent, was GREAT, she was very nice and helpful! We would definitely stay in this home again!
