The two story comfortable home (2,100 sq ft) is located in beautiful Leelanau County on S West Bay Shore Dr. (M22), across the street from West Grand Traverse Bay. The home is 5 miles north of Traverse City and 10 miles south of Suttons Bay. The property has frontage on the Bay, with a deck on the water side. There is a dock and fire pit at water's edge, with fire wood. There is a beautiful view of the Bay from almost every room, with spectacular sunrises over the Bay.
Beach chairs and water toys available for guests, at the waterfront. An ocean kayak is available which functions both as a single or two person kayak. Hoist for boat is also available, 3,800 lbs maximum. There is a boat launch on Bay about 3 miles north and another about 3 miles south of property.
Relax and enjoy the deck located off the back of the house. The deck contains table and chairs, umbrella, chaise lounge and a charcoal BBQ grill. In the back yard, there is a hammock, flower gardens with many shrubs and trees. |
