Newly remodeled deluxe 2nd story two bedroom, two and a half bath condo. (One bedroom is a large loft with a half bath.) The lanai is screened and provides a beautiful, unobstructed view of the first hole of the famous Turtle Bay Fazio Golf Course.
Ceiling fans in each room and an air conditioner in the master. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The loft offers two new twin beds plus a double hide a bed. The living room also has a double hide-a-bed.
The unit sleeps 6 people maximum. The kitchen has new appliances and granite counter tops. The unit is light and breezy with two skylights. The downstairs is tiled throughout.
Located on Kuilima's Westside, you will get a scenic look at the Palmer and Fazio Golf Courses with mauka (mountain) backdrop. This resort-like complex offers its own pools, tennis courts, barbecues, walking paths, gated parking, and a security patrol. A short walk will take you to one of the two shared pools, barbecue venues, as well as, the two tennis courts. A quarter-mile stroll, past the tropical flora, will bring you to the Turtle Bay Resort, where one can enjoy both casual and fine dining, shopping, cocktails by the pool and ocean at sunset, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, or sunning on two separate beaches.
A short drive will take you to the Polynesian Culture Center in Laie (15 minutes), Waiamea Falls nature hike (15 minutes), or to Historic Haleiwa Town as you drive by the world-famous surf spots at Sunset Beach, Pipeline, and Waiamea Bay.
