Located on the West Ridge right at SNOWSHOE, within walking distance to the Western Territory, this is a spacious home away from home. The large kitchen and den area are great for all your family or friends to gather. With high ceilings and a fireplace the den feels very roomy, and is adjacent to the kitchen which has a large dining table and an island kitchen bar so that you can spread out.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has its own bath with jett tub. Three of the bedrooms share a bath with double sinks. The 4th bedroom is the bnunk room with a queen/twin bunk and 2 futon couches that convert to queen beds with a large desk for working. This is a great room for the kids!
The home has a huge front porch with breathtaking views of the valley, equipped with a swing for afternoon relaxation time. There is a back deck with a HOT TUB and table with wood stove and grill.
Darel and Lisa, with their 3 children, have loved coming to Showshoe for many years and hope you will love it as much as they do!

We have been vacationing at Snowshoe for over 11 years and love it! The kids started out skiing here and have progressed well. We started out in a condo and as our family grew so was the need for a larger place. We bought the house on Southwest Ridge in 2008, and the kids have plenty of room to spread out and to bring friends. The kids love the "Big Top" activity center and the village activities. The pictures of this house really dont do it justice. It has everything that you could possibly need in a ski rental home. We went with a group of 10 and did not feel crammed at all in this home. They have a great Bose speaker system that fills the house, plenty of seating for everyone, a heater in the garage to dry all your wet cloths out, large bedrooms, an amazing view of the mountains, the list goes on and on. Every single little thing you would ever need this place seemed to have. All you need is ski equipment, firewood, and food and everything else seems to be provided. I highly recommend this house and know that we will be going back to visit in the future.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It was perfect for us and we had a fantastic time. We really enjoyed seeing the deer outside the window several times a day.
