Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, notice must be given seven (7) days prior to Check-In Date for a 50% refund on the Security Deposit. If cancellation is made after seven (7) days prior to Check-In Date, no refund will be given.
Pet Policy: There is no additional pet fee for pets, however guests with pets must sign a Pet Addendum. Any evidence of damage due to pets will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
