The home features cottage-like decor with custom built cabinets, new appliances, lots of lakeside windows, and a cozy feel with plenty of space for all your "stuff". The main floor provides 1 bedroom with a twin over queen log bunk bed and its own full bath. The second floor provides the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, the third bedroom with a twin bed and a shared full bath. The half bath and laundry room are on the main level.
Conveniently, the public boat launch to Cross Lake on the Whitefish Chain of Lakes is just 1/4 mile down the road and downtown Crosslake is just a few minutes away.
While the shoreline on Duck Lake is great for wildlife, a 3 minute walk takes you to a suitable swimming area on the South end of Cross Lake.
Get your daily exercise or take a relaxing nature walk on the brand new bike path that intersects our driveway (runs about 3 miles).
This family-friendly property also features a children's swing/slide/climb system, a firepit, and a canoe.
