Gulf coast property located at the Sienna on the Coast condominium complex. Unit #101 is 1250 square feet of Gulf Coast luxury. Sienna is a new construction, condominium complex, just completed September of 2007. It is located in the heart of Gulfport"s coastline on Beach Drive, and is currently the only condo in this area for 4.5 miles to the West(gulfport) and 3 miles to the East (biloxi).
Spacious interior with excellent amenities including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the chef ready kitchen. Beach style furnishings are comfortable and inviting. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico from bedroom and patio balcony. that has access from living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a spacious king size bed and well appointed bath with Jacuzzi. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bed and adjacent bath. The pull out sofa in main living area is a queen size bed as well. The unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. All linens are provided.
The dinning area seats four comfortably, while the bar has seating for an additional three. A full size washer and dryer are located in the utility room for your use and convenience. Flat screen televisions are located in each room with DVD player(and free DVD access in lobby) and satellite TV with Sports Package from DIRECTV. Internet is provided via broadband Ethernet connection or secure wireless router. (WEP key provided for all guests).
Close to the casinos in Gulfport and Biloxi, it is also located just minutes from the Gulfport/Biloxi International Airport. Emeril's Fish house is located west on Beach Boulevard as are Salute(FINE ITALIAN) and others or east will find many restaurants in Biloxi. The food is delicious.
