Our one-bedroom, two full bath penthouse unit in the A Tower has all you could desire in a luxurious beachfront accommodation. The first-level in a custom-decorated townhouse-style unit boasts a master suite with king-size bed and pillow-top mattress, spectacular ocean views, TV, and private bath. The second floor has a living room with queen-size sofa bed, loveseat, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. Enjoy views of the Gulf, Lake Powell and Carillon from the living room balcony. The fully-equipped, stylish kitchen and dining area overlook the beach and Gulf. A second full bath and washer/dryer are on the second level as well. You will love this unit decorated in a peaceful West Indies theme. This beautiful condominium has been totally redone from top to bottom, and is filled with tasteful, one-of-a-kind appointments throughout. The kitchen has been tastefully decorated complete with granite countertops. Makes a great honeymoon suite.
It's located on Florida's beautiful Gulf Emerald Coast in the 23-acre gated resort of Pinnacle Port. Enjoy private beaches as well as private fishing/boating docks, boat launch ramp to Lake Powell and ample boat/trailer parking (daily parking fee). Almost anything you can fish for in the Gulf of Mexico you can catch in Lake Powell. Florida fishing license requirements apply to the lake and gulf.
A short walk on the beach brings you to Lake Helen nature preserve. Our beach is secluded and a favorite spot for weddings

Amenities include 24/7 security; two pools (one beachfront, heated indoor/outdoor); playground; lighted tennis courts; charcoal barbecue grills & picnic area; canoe, kayak and paddleboat rentals; shuffleboard; horseshoes; fitness center; men and women's saunas; game room; DVD rentals in the tower; Cabana Cafe; and beach chairs and umbrella rentals. Stroll to nearby Carillon Beach and enjoy the Monday night live concerts on the green. The large pool has a roof covering the shallow end. This allows families to enjoy the cool waters even if they prefer to stay out of the hot afternoon sun. In the winter, this half of the pool in completely enclosed and the water is heated to a comfortable 82°. There are four tennis courts that have lighting set on a timer. The fencing around the courts has a wind guard material. The court hours are 5 in the morning to 11 at night. The lights will automatically shut off accordingly. During the winter season, many tournament and lessons are held on our tennis courts. At the rental office, you can put down a deposit and use our tennis rackets and tennis balls. See you on the court!
If you want to work out while on vacation, feel free to visit the fitness room. It comes complete with weights, cardio equipment and a view of the gulf that will distract even the fittest of our visitors. The closest Golf course is only about three miles away.
Pinnacle Port is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico to the south; 880-acre Lake Powell to the north; Lake Helen Nature Preserve & the beach resorts of Seaside, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach, and The Alys on scenic 30-A to the west; and the entertainment venues of Panama City Beach to the east. Rosemary Beach is less than 3 miles away and is an upscale quaint resort town and has the closest Post Office.
Very close (8 miles) to Pier Park, the new shopping center with Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Ron-Jon's Surf Shop, Tooties Lounge, Back Porch, and many more upscale shops and restaurants. Pinnacle Port is located at the fork of Front Beach Road and Back Beach Road in Panama City Beach. Only 5 miles from Frank Brown Park where many festivities are held including the softball tournaments. Beginning in April there will be no need to drive for the key. A keyless, cardless entry will eliminate "lost in the sand" or "whose got it?" scenarios between guests. You will be provided with a code that will be effective for your stay. If you arrive early and the unit is available or if you forget the code, access will be only a phone call away.

Well, we've stayed at our fare share of rentals, read ads twenty times that amount, and u won't be disappointed here. Got to stand as one of our best three extened beach rentals, made us consider buying one of our own. The owners are attentive to your needs, dot every I and cross every T, right down to the printing and providing copies of directions u may need. Make it this nice and we will be back!

We stayed at the Parsons condo for a joint birthday trip. This condo is exactly as it is shown and explained. This is not your typical "cookie-cutter" condo, this place is decorated and feels like home. No hotel furnishing here! We loved it and will be back. The beach is awesome and uncrowded. We saw a large pod of dolphins, and watched a manatee slumber back and forth in front of the building one morning. Do yourself a favor and book this condo.

Spending time in your condo at Pinnacle Port was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was very intimate, as well as refreshing, and the view from the bedroom and dining area windows, overlooking the ocean, was nothing short of breathtaking. The view from the balcony was also very stunning, especially at night. Eventhough being on the penthouse floor, we could still hear the sounds of the waves crashing, as if we were right next to the water. We would definitely stay at this specific condo again, and would highly recommend it to our family and friends. We enthusiastically give a grade of A+ and we thank you so very much for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful property at Pinnacle Port. We can hardly wait to get back!!!

We so enjoyed our visit this week @ Pinnacle Port. The facility is perfect for a relaxing vacation--views of the ocean & the lake are stunning. Most of all, we were very impressed with our unit. The condo is beautifully decorated and is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s most comfortable and we settled in immediately into our “home away from home.” Owners were very nice and most accommodating—they are so lucky to have this piece of “heaven on earth”. We plan to return soon!

This is our fourth trip to Pinnacle Port and our first stay in this unit. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The layout is similar to other one bedroom units in the tower, but renovations to the kitchen/dining floor plan make this unit more functional. We found the addition of a full sized dish washer to be very handy. Updates to flooring and both bathrooms are also a big plus. We arrived late in the day so it was wonderful to have basic items on hand so we didn't have to run to the store right away. The owner was very helpful throughout the entire process. We asked a lot of questions and appreciated that responses were friendly and quick. They called the night we arrived to be sure we were able to get in and that all was in order. We'll be filing this rental info away for future use! THANK YOU!! An additional note on Pinnacle Port... We've been here several times and love it. We like that it is in a gated community with the nearest public beach access about a mile or so away. There are no worries with setting up at the start of the week and leaving chairs and tents on the beach. It is a drive to get to attractions, but we go to sit on the beach! FYI - Try the Spicy Noodle!!

We had an enjoyable holiday . The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. It contained everything one needed for a relaxing vacation. The indoor pool and mulitiple activitives in the complex were an added bonus. We are looking forward to next year.
