The unit has one bedroom down stairs with twin beds and bath, the other two bedrooms are master suites upstairs with their own decks and baths. The large deck on the second floor has a super view of Lake LBJ is great for dining and entertaining with the evening shade covering the deck.
Just off one master suite is a small deck overlooking a landscaped wooded area and is just right for morning coffee. Out the back door only a few feet away is a large pool area with Hot/Tub/Spa just bring your swim suits. Turn the other way out the back door and you have tennis courts ready & waiting for you.

This condo is in the center of Horseshoe Bay just one block off Horseshoe Bay Blvd. with a breathtaking view of Lake LBJ. The lake is constant level with boating, skiing, etc. and fishing. The Marina and Yacht Club offer rental.
Golfing in the area is superb, Horseshoe Bay has three courses with five more within a 20 minute drive. The city of Marble Falls is only 15 minutes away with shopping, dining and entertainment. San Antonio is 90 minutes away with the Alamo, River Walk, Sea World, Fiesta Texas. Schlitterbalm Water Park is less than an hours drive.
