Caribe Resort, Orange Beach, AL. Located at Alabama Point where Perdido Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico. Our spacious unit has a beautiful view of both the Gulf and the bay giving you the best of both worlds. Freshly renovated in February 2008 in a Tommy Bahama Theme. Condo is in Building B on the third floor.
The condo has 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large floor to ceiling window that opens to the large balcony. A HDTV is located in the master bedroom. The master bathroom has a garden tub and a separate shower as well as a large double vanity and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with tv. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, stove, ice maker, breakfast bar and a separate bar area. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and beautiful granite countertops and is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware and utensils. The unit also features a washer and dryer. The greatroom features a comfortable sectional sofa that makes into a bed. There is also a HDTV located in the greatroom. The windows are floor to ceiling windows that show the spectacular bay and Gulf views and they lead to the spacious sitting area on the balcony. The unit has Direct TV with more than 110 channels, free high speed internet access and free local phone service.
The complex has 24 hour front gate security. The on-site restaurant will open soon(Fall 2008).
There are 3 outdoor pools. Two of the outdoor pools have a giant slide for the kids. The pools are olympic-size, zero-entry pools and there is also a 980 ft. long Lazy River that you can float and relax on with a frozen beverage. Three indoor pools are also featured in the complex. An onsite deli is open seasonally and provides wonderful sandwiches, pizza, ice cream and frozen specialty beverages. There is a also a brand new gameroom next to the deli where you can play video games (Nintendo, Wii, Xbox 360, Playstation 3 with large screen LCD screens) all day long for a small fee.
Public beach access is outside the resort under the Orange Beach bridge. A fun tram playing Buffett music can take you directly to/from the beach or between buildings in the complex. The tram is seasonal.
For the golfers there are 2 18 hole practice putting courses (1 natural & 1 artificial surface). Multiple courses located in the area. Tennis courts onsite as well as state-of-the-art work-out gyms, saunas and steamrooms. There are also charcoal grills on the bay side for your use behind each building.
Night life at the Florabama is unique to the area but San Roc Cay has casual and fine dinning. Both are within a mile of the resort.

Check-in at Caribe The Resort Building B between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Notify if late arrival). Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. Upon checkout, keys are to be returned to the Caribe Resort Reservations/Front Desk. Upon departure, please dispose of all food and trash. All dishes are to be left clean. The cleaning and linens will be handled by our housekeeping staff. Please refer to Caribe Resort Rental Policies and Rules for additional information.
