Who cares what the weather is outside? During the Fall of 2009, we added a 2-story addition to the backyard of our house. The lower level (three season room) houses the Jacuzzi Hot Tub and a cozy sitting area. The upper level sunroom includes a dining area and converation corner that will permit year around viewing of lake, stream and wildlife. With the new addition you can enjoy the view rain, snow or shine. Relax in the cozy chairs and leave your troubles behind.
Our house is only 20 minutes away from the slopes. There is great skiing, winter and summer activities. We are located near Camelback, Camelbeach, Big Boulder and Jack Frost. Easy commute from DE, NY and NJ.
Located between two lakes with a stream and a wonderful extremely private setting. Only a few steps to one lake containing a beach, lifeguard & playground. Swing/bench in back yard near stream overlooking the largest lake in Emerald Lakes. There is a steep driveway so 4 wheel vehicles are recommended in the winter months.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath offers a furnished family room w/ping pong table, air hockey, and a hot tub in Jacuzzi room (only available in winter months and a charge for electricity). Cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Stove, washer and dryer all new. Decks from master bedroom and from sunporch. Air conditioning in master bedroom in summer months. Ceiling fans in other bedrooms.
Location is a short drive to most Pocono activities, including Crossing shopping outlets, Pocono Raceway (Nascar Races), Camelbeach water park, Camelback, Mt. Pocono Golf Course, Mount Airy Casino Lodge, golfing, and other ski and golf facilities.

- Air Conditioning : Master Bedroom has an air conditioning unit. Ceiling fans in other bedrooms. Plus one in living room and sun room.
- Linens Provided : Outside agency can supply your linens and towels. You need to contact them. I will provide you their telephone number when you book your reservations. Please ask me if your interested.

- Wood Fireplace : Renters need to supply their own firewood.
- Beds
- Queen Bed : 1 Queen Bed located in master bedroom. Sheets require deep pockets. The other queen bed is a sofa bed located in family room downstairs. Recommended for children to sleep on the bed. Pad for under mattress is available as well as comforter and 2 pillows.
- Double Bed : Double bed in other two bedrooms which is a full size bed. Blankets and pillows supplied.
- Convertible Bed : 1 Queen Bed is located in family room which converts to a sofa as mentioned above. Recommended for children to sleep on the bed.

- Private Hot Tub : Inside house is a Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) located in our 3 season room. Jacuzzi is available only in the winter months Dec to March. Renters responsible for any water damage. Extra charge for electricity in winter monhts.
- Sauna : Sauna located in Club House. Pool table located at Club House. Slight charge for use of amenities.

- Lanai : Just added a sunporch which overlooks the back yard. Plus a three season room which houses the jacuzzi (hot tub).

- Lakefront : Back of house faces lake. Depending on the amount of rain fall will determine the amount of water in the lake during the summer months. Also at the top of driveway is located another lake with a boat launch, swimming and playground available.

- Swing/bench near stream overlooking back lake, patio furniture, bar in furnished basement. Jacuzzi/spa inside three season room and only available in winter. An iron & ironing board is provided. Plus, the pantry has essential items for your use. I.e., coffee, tea, sugar, and spices. Community has tennis courts - slight charge for use of amenities.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Must be 25 years of age in order to rent.
- Smoking Not Allowed : Smoking is not allowed. If you must smoke, smoke outside and deposit stubs in ashtrays which are provided. Not on property! They are a danger to the animals.

At top of driveway is a lake with a beach and lifeguard, picnic area and playground. Garbage bag stickers are $5.00 each to use compactor. Compactor open on certain days. Mandatory recycling is enforced.

8/1-8/29: We had a great time. We saw a lot of animials. The rest was awesome. The bet was having my family come up on the weekends and handing out with us. Loved having the internet.

We really enjoyed our New Year at your great home. The sun room was wonderful to enjoy eating and watching for wildlife - which we did see. It was very windy and cold the last 2 days but the house was cozy. Happy New Year.
