This spectacular home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a cathedral ceiling in the living room and phenomenal windows looking out towards Hayden Lake. Our view is of the mountians, trees and lake and the serenity is breathtaking. We have one king-sized bed, one queen sized bed, a sofa sleeper, and a futon bed for your resting needs. This home is beautifully furnished with an elegant touch that will give you a very comforting and warm feel. While vacationing enjoy reading or watching television by the fireplace. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an island that will be great for entertaining while you are on your vacation!
There is a private Jacuzzi just out the back side of the property with wonderful views of the mountains and trees. Relax in the Jacuzzi while watching deer grazing out your back door, many various birds and an occasional eagle soaring by. For the nature lover, this will be your paradise!
On the 4th of July you can watch the fireworks over the lake!
Summer Activities Include: The Hayden Air show, Wooden Boat Festival on Lake Coeur D' Alene, River Rod Car Show, Iron man USA Triathlon, and Hoop fest 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament located in Spokane, WA.
After the Summer crowds have left, enjoy Idaho at its best...Fall. Enjoy watching the trees change colors as you Golf, Fish, Hunt or Hike. If you enjoy Peace and Quiet, this is the Season for you.
This lake retreat is famous for excellent Bass fishing, Trout, Blue Gill, and Pike fishing for the fisherman at heart.
Located only minutes from Highway 95 where you will find all major shopping and fine dining establishments such as; The Red Lobster, The Olive Garden, Rancho Viejo Mexican Restaurant and many more. Going south on Highway 95 into downtown Coeur D' Alene will provide you with entertainment such as Iron man Idaho during the last weeks of June as listed above; this event is nationally televised and very exciting!
The Centennial Trail which provides for walking, road biking, or mountain biking, runs from downtown Coeur D' Alene, ID through Post Falls, ID into Spokane, WA. Over the festive 4th of July weekend there are firework displays over Hayden Lake as well as Lake Coeur D' Alene.
Located 15 miles north on Highway 95 is the Northwest's largest Theme park and Water park, Silver wood and Boulder Beach. Going further north on highway 95 will bring you into beautiful Sandpoint, ID and Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort. Schweitzer Mountain in addition to the wonderful snow skiing, offers mountain biking, horseback riding, concerts and many more exciting events.
