Why the Owner Chose Greensboro
We live in Atlanta and wanted a second home on a lake where we could get away, relax and enjoy family and grandchildren. After looking at the Lake Oconee area and Cuscowilla, we felt that there was no better place. The beauty and tanquility of Cuscowilla makes it very inviting.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love going out in our boat whether it is for swimming or sightseeing or making a trip to the Ritz Carlton for lunch or dinner. Watching the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony or out by the lake is an exceptional time.
