Charming beach cottage duplex is being rented as a single family home for lots of extra space and privacy! (Two homes in one, so bring the Grandparents along!) It is only 10 houses from the beach on the oceanside of the LBI Blvd! No traffic to contend with!
The house has beautiful knotty pine walls in the kitchens, dining rooms, and living rooms. There are 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms and full baths on each floor. Interior and exterior stairways lead to the 2nd floor. Second floor also has a 17 X 9 ft. deck, along with new wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the unit. Just added: new wall to wall carpeting in living room and bedrooms on the first floor! First floor kitchen has new Corian counter-top, and new floors in the kitchens, bathrooms, and dining room. The downstairs has heat and a gas fireplace in the living room for those cool fall nights! The house is comfortably furnished with lots of antiques, and you'll have all the amenities you'll need for your island getaway!
The yard is large and has many mature pine trees that offer lots of privacy from the neighbors. The back yard has a chimenea and patio for relaxing under the stars, or roasting marshmallows! It also has a large outside shower and dressing room. Come and enjoy your piece of paradise on beautiful Long Beach Island! This is a popular rental property with many repeat guests!
